Axial edge electric contact pressure gauge YXC-100ZT 0-1MPastructural principle
The instrument consists of a measuring system, an indicating device, a magneto electric contact device, a housing, an adjusting device, and a junction box (plug socket).
The working principle of the instrument is based on the spring tube in the measurement system, which is forced to produce corresponding elastic deformation displacement at the end of the spring tube under the pressure of the measured medium. With the help of the connecting rod and the transmission of the gear transmission mechanism, it is amplified and the measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by the indicator pointer (together with the contact) fixed on the gear shaft. At the same time, when it comes into contact with the contact point (upper or lower limit) on the set pointer (dynamic breaking or dynamic closing), it causes the circuit in the control system to be disconnected or connected, in order to achieve automatic control and send alarm signals.
