Types of gases transported: air and other non self igniting, non corrosive, and harmless gases to the human body.
Impurities in gas: There should be no viscous substances in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained should not exceed 120mg/m3.
This series of fans are only installed indoors in Supervisor of the County County, and they are installed according to the orientation of the main view of the sample. It is not allowed to install them upside down or side up, otherwise the service life of the motor will be affected. If it needs to be installed outdoors, rain protection measures for the motor must be considered.

Design selection instructions

The pipeline fan belongs to a forward multi wing centrifugal fan, and under the same air volume and pressure conditions, its noise is much lower than that of an axial flow fan. The parameters such as air volume, air pressure, and noise of this series of fans are proposed based on many practical engineering needs and are widely used in the supply and exhaust systems of public places.

Maintain storage
6.1 The usage environment should be kept clean regularly, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet, and dust and other debris inside the fan and pipeline should be removed regularly.
6.2 It can only be operated under normal conditions of the fan. Colleagues should ensure that the power supply facilities have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly prohibited to operate without phase. The power supply line must be a line and temporary power supply should not be used.
During the operation of the fan, if abnormal noise, severe motor heating, live casing, switch tripping, inability to start, etc. are found, the fan should be stopped immediately for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the fan. After maintenance, a trial run should be conducted for about five minutes to confirm that there are no abnormal phenomena before starting the machine.
6.4 According to the environmental conditions of use, lubricating grease should be supplemented or replaced irregularly for the bearings (motor enclosed bearings do not need to be replaced with lubricating grease during their service life). In order to ensure good lubrication of the fan during operation, the oiling frequency should not be less than 1000 hours per time for the enclosed bearings and motor bearings. ZL-3 lithium based lubricating grease should be used to fill 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearings during oiling. Oil shortage operation is strictly prohibited.
6.5 The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When storing fans outdoors, there should be defensive measures in place. During storage and handling, precautions should be taken to prevent the fan from being bumped.
