The fan motor adopts a high-temperature resistant motor to ensure normal operation at high temperatures. DBF type large transformer cooling fan, divided into eight specifications according to diameter of 400-1000mm, with a series air volume of 4000-22500m/h and a total pressure of 100-210Pa. The matched motor is YCF type motor, specially designed and manufactured for the specific requirements of transformer fans. Working temperature: -30~+40 ℃; Humidity: less than 90%; Medium conditions: air (with a dust content of no more than 100mg/m3); Working power supply: three-phase, 380V/50Hz. Its noise is reduced by an average of 3-10dB (A) compared to traditional products. The DBF series noise transformer fan is designed and manufactured based on the advantages of similar products, using high-efficiency and low-noise blade shapes. The impeller is made of high-quality anti rust aluminum sheet or composite material wing blades, and the supporting motor is a low-noise motor. The motor bearings are double sealed motor bearings. The shaft end is designed with a double set bearing structure, equipped with waterproof sealing, and has good protective performance. Its protection level reaches IP55, suitable for outdoor use.
