·Medications: infusion, distilled water, high-purity water, traditional Chinese medicine liquid containing particles (3-6 mm), leachate.
·Cosmetics: dyes, alcohol, essence oil.
·Beverages: alcohol, Baijiu, beer, malt juice, fermentation liquid, fruit juice drinks, drinks with granules.
·Dairy products: whey, cream, milk, sugar solution
·Others: Candy industry, baking industry, chemical industry, etc
Selection instructions
·Flow rate: It is advisable to choose the middle section in the performance curve table.
·Working temperature: -20-100 ℃ (maximum sterilization temperature 133 ℃).
·Work environment and medium: Determine whether explosion-proof is required.
·Working conditions: Sanitary centrifugal pumps are designed for horizontal conveying of high and low liquid levels, and are not self-priming. (Self priming pump is selected for self-priming type)
·Pump body material: Choose 316L or 304 according to the medium requirements.
·Sealing material: The standard rubber sealing ring is silicone rubber, and fluororubber, EPDM, PTFE, and nitrile are selected according to the medium.
