ST-6 self-priming sewage pump- Eco Online

The Super T series self-priming sewage pump is a new generation of sewage treatment equipment developed by us based on the introduction of new technology from the United States. The strong sewage treatment capacity and simple maintenance make it a standard product in the industry. Different product models, impeller sizes, and speed combinations provide customers with diverse choices for different system requirements. The huge volute structure of the self-priming sewage pump gives the pump strong self-priming ability, without the need to install inlet and outlet check valves. Only a portion of the liquid in the pump chamber is needed to achieve self-priming function.

Work environment:
1. The temperature of the medium should not exceed 80 ° C, the density should be 1.0~1.3 * 103Kg/m3, and the pH should be between 5~9
2. The maximum diameter of the solid should be less than 76.2mm
3. The maximum suction distance shall not exceed 7.6m
4. The proportion of solids in the medium is ≤ 30%

Impeller with strong pollutant discharge capability

Two blades, semi open impeller, capable of handling solid particles with a maximum diameter of 3 "(76 mm). The uniquely designed blades can greatly reduce the accumulation of impurities behind the impeller and reduce the pressure on the seals and bearings, thereby extending the pump life.

Unique anti abrasion mechanical seal

Unique dual floating, self-adjusting oil lubricated containerized mechanical seal, with silicon carbide used for static and dynamic rings, particularly suitable for providing sewage treatment services for the abrasion industry.

Removable cover plate

The movable cover plate can quickly and easily enter the interior of the pump without disassembling the pipeline. Within a few minutes, debris inside the pump can be removed. The maintenance and replacement of impellers, seals, wear-resistant plates, and check valves can also be completed by opening the cover plate.

Replaceable wear-resistant plate

The wear-resistant plate is fixed on the cover plate and can be easily inspected or replaced. And the cost of replacement is very low.

Detachable rotary assembly

The detachable rotor assembly makes the maintenance of the pump shaft and bearings easier, without the need to disassemble the pipelines and pump casing. Usually, only four bolts need to be removed from the back cover of the pump, and the rotor assembly can slide out.

Diversified driving methods

The Super T series self-priming pump can provide diverse connection methods according to the different power sources of customers. It can be connected to the motor through a coupling or pulley. It can also be driven by gasoline or diesel engines.
