main features
1. Automatic start: The diesel water pump unit can automatically start and operate at full load within 15 seconds after receiving a fire alarm/pipeline pressure/power outage/or other start signals;
2. Automatic charging: The battery can be charged automatically by the mains power or diesel engine charging motor to ensure the smooth start-up of the unit;
3. Automatic alarm: It automatically alarms and protects against faults such as low oil pressure and high water temperature in diesel engines, and alarms and shuts down when overspeed occurs;
4. Automatic preheating: put the diesel engine in a hot standby state to ensure emergency operation;
5. Direct connection: Diesel water pump units below 360kw adopt the domestically pioneered technology of direct connection between diesel engine and water pump through elastic coupling, which reduces the number of failure points and greatly shortens the starting time of the unit, increasing the reliability and emergency performance of the unit;
6. Users can also request to set other alarm outputs (non-standard supply);
7. Equipped with telemetry, remote signaling, and remote control functions (non-standard supply);
Standard Supply Scope
1) Fully automatic diesel water pump unit: diesel engine, water pump, cooling fan, radiator tank, steel structure base, (water heater), battery and connecting wires, exhaust muffler, expansion joint, automatic control panel (using original imported British DEEP SEA 520 fully automatic controller).
2) Provide inspection reports for type inspection or commissioned inspection issued by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center as requested by the customer.
3) Designed as a composite model of pump unit, bottom oil tank, automatic control screen, and battery pack according to customer requirements.
4) Designed as a composite outdoor design with pump assembly, bottom oil tank, automatic control screen, battery pack, and rainproof box according to customer requirements.
