1、 Overview of Electric High Voltage Welded Ball Valve Products

The electric insulated ball valve of Shanghai Yuhu Company is composed of a high-precision electric actuator and a straight through jacket insulated ball valve, which has good insulation and cooling characteristics. The diameter of the electric insulated ball valve is consistent with the pipe diameter, and it can effectively reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline. The electric actuator adopts an integrated structure with a built-in servo system, without the need for additional servo amplifiers. It can input 4-20mA control signals or 1-5VDC and 220VAC power supplies to control operation. Jacketed insulated electric ball valves are mainly used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, and food industries to transport high viscosity media that solidify at room temperature. Due to the integral structure of the electric insulated ball valve, the jacket insulated electric ball valve has a smaller volume, lighter weight, no leakage, and good sealing performance compared to general ball valves. The jacket is welded with carbon steel pipe, which is more pressure resistant and firm than cast ones.
