The pneumatic eccentric half globe valve produced by Shanghai Yuhu Company belongs to the angular stroke pneumatic regulating valve, commonly known as the "pneumatic cam deflection regulating valve". It is composed of imported German piston type pneumatic actuators and eccentric half globe valves. The pneumatic eccentric half globe valve can be equipped with a valve positioner to input control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) to control the operation of the gas source. It can also be equipped with travel limit switches, solenoid valves, pressure reducing valves, and 0.4-0.7MPa gas sources to achieve switch operation, and send two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switch of the valve. Pneumatic eccentric hemispherical valve is a type of angle stroke regulating valve that controls fluid flow by rotating a partial ball valve plate around an eccentric axis. The rotation center of the valve core is not concentric with the rotation axis, which can reduce wear and prolong service life. There is a guide wing at the rear of the valve core, which is conducive to stable fluid flow. The pneumatic eccentric hemispherical valve has good stability. Secondly, there are also characteristics such as high traffic and wide adjustable range. Pneumatic eccentric hemispherical valves are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, steel, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, food, textiles, and light industry.

(3) Tight and reliable. There are two sealing surfaces, and currently various plastics are widely used as sealing surface materials for ball valves, which have good sealing performance and can achieve complete sealing. It has also been widely used in vacuum systems.
(4) Easy to operate, quick opening and closing, only need to rotate 90 ° from fully open to fully closed, making it convenient for remote control.
(5) Easy to maintain, ball valve structure is simple, and the sealing ring is generally movable, making disassembly and replacement relatively convenient.
(6) When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are isolated from the medium, and when the medium passes through, it will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface.
(7) Widely applicable, with diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, suitable for applications from high vacuum to high pressure.
(8) Due to the wiping property of the electric eccentric hemispherical valve during opening and closing, it can be used in media with suspended solid particles.
