Connection testing system
Connect the inlet of the pressure testing equipment to the inlet of the solenoid valve through a connecting pipeline, ensuring a secure and well sealed connection to prevent fluid leakage during the testing process.

Close the relevant valves
Close the shut-off valve to ensure that the testing system is in a closed state, preventing the testing fluid from accidentally flowing out during the testing process.
Apply initial pressure

Power on test:
Connect the power supply and apply rated voltage to the solenoid valve. Pay attention to the reverse and closing of the solenoid valve at the moment of power on. The working status of the solenoid valve can be determined by observing the flow of the medium, the opening indication of the valve, or related feedback signals.
Test different power on times and on-off frequencies to check the response speed and stability of the solenoid valve under different working conditions. For example, in situations such as short-term power on, long-term power on, and frequent power on/off, check for any abnormal sounds, sparks, or smoke. If these abnormalities occur, the power should be immediately cut off, the cause should be checked, and the fault should be eliminated before testing.
Observe the action of the solenoid valve after being powered on, whether it can be accurately opened according to the control signal, to ensure that the solenoid valve can work normally and will not malfunction due to overheating or other reasons.
