BZ-I (single-layer) and BZ-II (double-layer) rod valves are a new type of gate developed according to the requirements of feeding, conveying, and control processes for small and medium-sized solid block materials in industries such as building materials, mineral processing, and metallurgy. They are suitable for conveying control of materials ≤ 50mm and supply of fixed length materials.

Characteristics of BZ rod valve

BZ-I (single-layer) and BZ-II (double-layer) rod valves have simple structures, are easy to operate, have no blockages, and can adjust the size of the supplied materials as needed (after adjustment, they can pass ≥ 50mm blocks). BZ-I (single-layer) and BZ-II (double-layer) bar valves are welded with high-quality steel, which has strong rigidity, no deformation, long service life, and basically no maintenance. They are ideal equipment for controlling small and medium-sized crystalline and block materials.
