Working principle of ZSW series vibrating feeder

The ZSW series vibrating feeder is mainly composed of a spring bracket, feeding trough, vibrator, spring, and motor. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts with gears meshing at specific positions. During assembly, the two gears must be meshed according to the markings, and the two eccentric shafts must be driven by a motor to rotate, thereby generating a huge synthetic linear excitation force. The body is forced to vibrate on the supporting spring, and the material is mainly driven by this vibration to slide and throw on the material trough, thereby moving the material forward to achieve the purpose of feeding. When the material passes through the sieve strip on the tank, smaller materials fall through the gap between the sieve strips and do not go through the next crushing process, achieving the screening effect.
