The control of the inertia vibration feeding hopper adopts a reverse brake electrical control box. This control box can quickly shut down the vibrating feeding hopper in a short period of time, allowing it to quickly pass through the resonance zone to protect the vulnerable parts and sealing rings of the feeding hopper.
If it is necessary to continuously adjust the feeding amount during the feeding process, an inertia motor frequency converter can be used to adjust the speed of the inertia motor, thereby adjusting the vibration force and achieving the purpose of adjusting the feeding amount.

Preparation of pressure reducing cone for silo:

The GD inertia vibration feeding hopper has taken into account a certain silo pressure in the design calculation, but it is recommended to install a silo pressure reducing cone in the silo when the height of the material in the silo is greater than 2m, to ensure that the vibration feeding hopper works more stably, especially to ensure more accurate feeding accuracy. The pressure reducing cone of the silo should be welded inside the silo and kept stable.
