Principle Overview
The DLDG series stainless steel bag filter is a new type of filtration system. The filter bag is supported by a metal inner mesh inside the filter, and the liquid flows in from the inlet and flows out after being filtered by the filter bag. Impurities are trapped in the filter bag, which can be replaced or cleaned before continuing to be used. This filter has many advantages such as novel and reasonable structure, good sealing performance, strong flow capacity, and easy operation, and has a wide range of applications. The liquid flows into the filter bag through the inlet pipe on the side of the filter housing. The filter bag itself is installed inside the reinforced mesh. The liquid can pass through the filter bag of the required fineness level to obtain qualified filtrate, and impurity particles are captured by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient to replace the filter bag, and there is basically no material consumption in the filtration process

Product Features
The use of a quick clamp locking switch is simple and easy to operate, reducing downtime and thus lowering operating costs.
The unique three grip compression cover ensures good sealing between the filter and the filter bag, with a low probability of side leakage of the filter bag. The included filter bag cover opener makes the operation very easy.
The spring gravity balancer replaces the conventional manual hanging arm, making the top cover operation as light as nothing. With just a gentle push or pull by hand, the top cover can be opened or lowered.
The design of the liquid flow direction with side inlet and side outlet ensures that the liquid is completely discharged and the tangential position of the inlet and outlet greatly reduces the difficulty of operation.
The design and compact volume of the filter reduce the loss of liquid.
