The DLGDC series electronic descaling filter is a multifunctional water treatment equipment developed on the basis of multifunctional electronic descaling devices and automatic sewage filters, which can not only remove scale and algae in water, but also achieve multi-stage filtration and remove impurities and particles in water through backwashing.

The DLGDC series electronic descaling filter consists of three parts:

Water processor housing - a steel cylinder with a metal anode and filter inside.

Filter - consisting of a stainless steel filter cartridge and a backwash butterfly valve. The automatic backwash butterfly valve at the front end of the filter drum is responsible for automatically backwashing the drum, and its working principle is the same as that of the automatic backwash sewage filter. Due to the presence of a metal anode inside the casing, under the high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field generated by the high-frequency generator, it can remove scale and algae from the water inside the casing. Its principle is the same as that of an electronic descaling device, achieving the function of removing scale and algae from water, as well as filtering and removing impurities and particles in the water. Therefore, it is also known as an electronic descaling filter.

1. Normal working condition

The manual butterfly valve is opened, that is, the valve plate plane is parallel to the cylinder axis (at this time, the wrench is also parallel to the cylinder axis), and the drain valve is closed. At this point, the water flows directly into the interior of the filter cartridge from the inlet, and is filtered through the filter before being discharged from the outlet.

2. Backwash working status

The manual butterfly valve is closed, that is, the valve plate plane is perpendicular to the cylinder axis (at this time, the wrench is rotated 90 degrees perpendicular to the cylinder axis), and the drain valve is opened. At this time, water flows from the inlet into the front end of the filter screen cylinder. As the butterfly valve is closed, the water flow is blocked by the valve plate and can only enter the outside of the filter screen through the front mesh hole. Most of it flows out from the outlet.
