Principle Overview
The DLADC differential pressure filtration electronic descaling device has the functions of electronic water treatment, filtration, and self-cleaning filter screen. It mainly consists of a housing, water treatment core, automatic control device, filter cartridge, cleaning motor, cleaning mechanism, and electric drain valve.
During operation, water enters the differential pressure filtration type electronic descaling device and first passes through the water treatment unit. Under the action of high-frequency alternating electromagnetic fields, water molecules are activated, which can prevent the formation of scale and destroy old scale and eliminate algae. The treated water flows through the filter cartridge again, and the dirt inside is intercepted by the filter cartridge. As the dirt accumulates more and more, it will block the filter screen, causing the flow area of the filter cartridge to become smaller and smaller, resulting in an increasing pressure difference before and after the water flows through the filter cartridge. When the pressure difference reaches the upper limit allowed by the controller, the automatic control device outputs a signal to turn on the cleaning motor, drive the cleaning mechanism to scrub the filter screen, and open the electric butterfly valve for discharge. After the discharge of pollutants, the flow area of the filter screen returns to normal, and the pressure difference before and after the water flows through the filter cartridge decreases. When the pressure difference reaches the lower limit allowed by the controller, the automatic control device outputs a corresponding signal to shut down the cleaning motor, close the electric butterfly valve, and end the discharge.
