Debugging of Pulse Bag Dust Collector:
1. Prepare the equipment for no-load operation and debugging.
2. Follow the steps below to debug:
(1. Adjust the dust cleaning controller to ensure that the electromagnetic pulse valve operates in the correct sequence and that the dust cleaning units are in the correct order.).
(2) Check the voltage of the electromagnetic pulse valve and electronic control part (24V or 220V),
(3) Check if the sealing components on the equipment are loose or detached.
(4) The compressed air pressure for blowing should be maintained at 5-7kg/cm.
(5) Check if the motor and mechanical transmission parts on the equipment are operating normally.
(6) Check if the bag cage and filter bag on the equipment are securely installed.
(7) Perform equipment no-load operation debugging, requiring all parts to operate normally.
(8) Perform equipment load operation debugging. Require all parts to operate normally and adjust the cleaning cycle (resistance method or timing method) according to changes in equipment operating resistance.
