Overview
Pulse back blowing dust collector, as the cleaning process is carried out alternately towards several sets of filter cartridges without cutting off the dusty air that needs to be processed, the processing capacity of the dust collector remains unchanged during the cleaning process.
Product Details

Pulse back blowing dust collectorIt is an efficient purification equipment specially designed for the working conditions of ash and slag storage in foundries and thermal power plants. It adopts good ash cleaning technology, has the advantages of large gas treatment capacity, good purification effect, simple structure, reliable operation, and small maintenance volume. The layout characteristics have been taken into account in the structural design, and due to the good sealing performance of the product, it can be arranged outdoors.

The dusty gas enters the dust collector box through the air inlet, and small dust particles are trapped on the outer wall of the bag due to the obstruction of the dust air by the bag. The purified gas is discharged through the air outlet of the box on the cloth bag. As the usage time increases, the amount of dust adsorbed on the surface of the bag increases, the breathability of the bag decreases, and the resistance of the dust collector continues to increase. To ensure that the resistance of the dust collector is controlled within a limited range, a pulse controller sends a signal to sequentially open the electromagnetic pulse valve, so that the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed from each nozzle of the spray pipe to the corresponding Venturi tube (called primary air), and when the high-speed airflow passes through the Venturi tube, it induces several times the surrounding air (called secondary air) to enter the bag, causing rapid expansion between the bags. Due to the impact of the reverse pulse airflow, it quickly disappears, and the bag shrinks sharply, so that the dust on the outer wall of the bag is removed. The falling dust enters the ash silo.
