Biochemical processing system

Biochemical treatment system is the main method for treating organic wastewater. Hydrolysis process is one of the newly developed technological processes. Therefore, the hydrolysis process we are referring to here is a biochemical reaction that is different from chemical reactions.

The rate of chemical hydrolysis is largely influenced by the molecular structure of the compound itself, the pH value of water (i.e. acidity, alkalinity), and temperature. Here, acid and base are catalysts for chemical reactions. In the field of biochemistry, hydrolysis relies on biological enzymes to catalyze and accelerate hydrolysis reactions. The catalytic reaction efficiency of enzymes is 106-1013 times higher than that of corresponding enzyme free reactions, which is a special function of biological enzymes.
