The impeller of a high-pressure blower from B&R consists of 30 to 50 blades forming multiple air chambers. Under the rotation of the impeller, air enters these chambers and forms a series of spiral motions in both axial and radial directions due to the centrifugal force. Driven by the rotating impeller, air enters the outer side of the annular chamber and the next air chamber. In this cycle, the speed and energy increase, and the gas is squeezed out of the chamber and discharged from the pump body through the outlet muffler for use.

Silencing can also be achieved by adding a fan muffler to the high-pressure blower of B&R in terms of its characteristics.

1、 Before using a Begale high-pressure blower, it should be placed on a stable ground and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry, and ventilated. During the operation of the blower, the motor will generate some heat. If it is not placed in a dry and ventilated environment, it is easy to damage the motor because the temperature will gradually increase;

2、 During the operation of the high-pressure blower in Beijiale, it is necessary to ensure that the working pressure does not exceed the rated parameters of the blower, as excessive pressure may cause the motor to operate at high load, resulting in significant heat generation by the blower and high current flow of the motor, which may cause damage to the blower motor.

3、 Due to the fact that the main material used for fans is aluminum alloy, but small accessories such as screws are made of iron. Attention should be paid to checking the installation of filter screens and other filtering methods at the air inlet, and ensuring that the air outlet does not face people or other objects, in order to prevent small parts or other foreign objects from causing harm to people or other objects when the windproof machine is started.
