Used by HVAC system contractors, construction industry professionals, and building thermal engineering professionals at TEC (The Energy Conservatory) in the United States. The company has developed a comprehensive testing program and integrated specialized testing accessories. This system can be used by demand side management (DSM) departments, energy consumption assessment, and blast door systems to test the airtightness level of building envelope structures, diagnose and demonstrate air infiltration issues, estimate natural air permeability and energy efficiency losses caused by air infiltration, and can be used to evaluate the overall performance of buildings.

The revolutionary design of the variable aluminum frame and durable nylon cover has been developed through years of research and thousands of experiments.
There is no easier way than with this system to seal the blower fan inside the door opening
The full lock design ensures that the aluminum frame can be removed from the compact storage box and installed in just a few seconds
The precision designed cam rod device ensures a tight and seamless connection between the nylon cover and the door frame
Can adapt to various door frame sizes in common residential buildings (special door frames can also be customized)
Nylon cover with observation window for easy monitoring of outdoor activities

Standard configuration:
1. Fan with variable speed controller;
2.5 extendable door frame components and storage box
3. Nylon canvas cover with observation window; 4. Five flow control loops (A, B, C, D, E loops);
5. A tool kit with a protective pad that can store flow meters, user manuals, hoses, speed controllers, canvas covers, as well as laptops and other files;
DG-700 pressure and flow meter: includes two precision pressure sensors, which can simultaneously display indoor and outdoor pressure and the reading of the blower door fan. The specially designed "reference pressure" and "CFM @ 50" functions facilitate quick and accurate acquisition of airtightness data. In addition, DG-700 can also be connected to a laptop to achieve automatic measurement of the air duct through TECTITE software.
7. Air tightness testing and analysis software TECTITE (supporting Windows operating system):
The computable results of building airtightness tests include gap area, air exchange rate ACH50 under a pressure difference of 50pa, CFMSO, and building gap curve, and can predict natural and designed air infiltration rates as well as the resulting energy efficiency losses. The software interface is extremely user-friendly and has powerful online help functions. Fully compatible with manual testing using DG-700 flowmeter and automatic testing using APT system. Calculation program and test report that comply with CGSB-149.10-M86 standard. An easy-to-use data input module that can store and restore test parameter files. The generated test report format includes easy to understand summary tables and detailed technical reports.

TEC WiFi link can connect to any DG-500 DG-700 or create a wireless network that can utilize any computer or mobile device compatible with WiFi functionality. By using our free WiFi connection software, you can monitor and control your instruments from anywhere in the room. Our WiFiLink will support the PC version of TECITE and TECLOG, as well as the iTEC-700 multifunctional application that supports Apple mobile devices (an Android application will be officially released in the spring of 2014). TECTITE and TECLOG users can now free their laptops from cable connections, allowing them to operate and test air vents anywhere inside the house without the need for cables. The iTEC-700 application allows you to remotely inspect the drum damper or Duck Blaster ® The system monitors the pressure in the combustion equipment area and operates the fan on and off.
