C-type fiberglass fan can be used for indoor ventilation in general factories and large buildings, conveying air and other non self igniting, harmless to human body, and non corrosive gases to steel. Fans can be used for ventilation of flammable and volatile gases. Viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, and the content of dust and hard particles should not exceed 150 milligrams per cubic meter. The gas temperature should not exceed 80 ℃. The working principle of C-type fiberglass fan is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy. The C-type fiberglass fan uses a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate and then decelerate the gas, changing the flow direction and converting kinetic energy into potential energy (pressure). In a single-stage centrifugal fan, gas enters the impeller from the axial direction, becomes radial as it flows through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser. In the diffuser, the gas changes direction to form deceleration, converting kinetic energy into pressure energy. The increase in pressure mainly occurs inside the impeller, followed by the diffusion process. In multi-stage centrifugal fans, a reflux device is used to allow the airflow to enter the next impeller and generate higher pressure.
