RCO catalytic combustion furnace adopts low-temperature oxidation technology, which heats organic gas to synthesis temperature under the action of precious metal catalyst to purify the gas. It has good performance in high concentration and low air volume exhaust gas environment.
Construction characteristics of RCO catalytic combustion furnace:
1. Operation convenience: When the equipment is working, it completes automated control.
2. Low energy consumption: The device heats up to the starting and extinguishing temperature in about 20 minutes, and when the concentration of organic waste gas is high, the energy consumption is only the fan power.

4. Low resistance and high purification efficiency: using advanced honeycomb ceramic carrier catalysts impregnated with precious metals palladium and platinum, with a large specific surface area.
5. Waste heat can be reused: Waste heat can be returned to the drying oven, reducing the power consumption in the original drying oven; It can also be used as a heat source in other aspects.
6. Small occupying space: only 80% of similar products in the same industry, and there are no special requirements for the equipment foundation.
7. Long service life: The catalyst is usually replaced every 4 years, and the carrier is renewable.
Application scope of RCO catalytic combustion furnace:
1. Can be used for the purification and disposal of organic solvents (mixed organic waste gases such as benzene, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, esters, phenols, ethers, alkanes, etc.).
2. Suitable for organic waste gas purification in industries such as wires, cables, enameled wires, machinery, motors, chemicals, instruments, automobiles, bicycles, motorcycles, initiators, magnetic tapes, plastics, household appliances, etc.
3. Can be used for various drying channels, tin can printing, and exterior spraying. Drying lines for printing ink, mechanical and electrical insulation treatment, leather shoe adhesive, etc., purify the organic waste gas generated in each process.
