The working principle of the counter current washing tower system is that the wind turbine of the system introduces the collected exhaust gas into the washing tower. When the exhaust gas flows through the packing layer, the washing liquid is evenly sprayed from the nozzle onto the surface of the packing to keep it moist; At the same time, the exhaust gas and the washing solution come into contact with each other in a fully wetted packing layer, and pollutants in the exhaust gas are absorbed into the washing solution through chemical absorption, achieving the goal of removing pollutants; Then the gas saturated with water is passed through a demister to remove excess moisture; The clean gas removed by water after washing in the washing tower can be directly discharged into the atmosphere, and the removed water can be led back to the circulating washing solution system for recycling, or discharged into the wastewater treatment system through a collection tank.
