Overview

1、 CDLF-16 stainless steel vertical multi-stage pump product overview:
The Lishen CDLF vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump is a non self suction vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump designed and manufactured by absorbing advanced technologies at home and abroad. It adopts standard vertical motors and quick installation mechanical seals, making replacement very convenient.
The overcurrent part of the pump is made of stainless steel (304/316) material, which is suitable for mildly corrosive media. This product can replace similar foreign products such as CR and CRN. After the product was launched on the market, it was deeply loved by a large number of users due to its high efficiency, energy saving, reliable quality, and wide range of applications.
2、 Product features of CDLF-16 stainless steel vertical multi-stage pump:
1. By adopting excellent hydraulic models and advanced manufacturing processes, the performance and service life of the pump are greatly improved.
2. Due to the use of mechanical seals made of hard alloy and fluororubber, the reliability of pump operation and the temperature of the conveying medium can be improved.
3. The overcurrent part of the pump is made of stainless steel plate stamped and welded, making the pump suitable for mildly corrosive media.

Product Usage

3、 CDLF-16 stainless steel vertical multi-stage pump product usage:

Water supply: filtration and transportation of water plants, water supply to different zones of water plants, main pipeline pressurization, and pressurization of high-rise buildings.
Industrial pressurization: process water system, cleaning system, high-pressure flushing system, fire protection system.
Industrial liquid transportation: cooling and air conditioning systems, boiler feedwater and condensing systems, machine tool matching, and transportation of acidic and alkaline media.
Water treatment: ultrafiltration system, reverse osmosis system, distillation system, separator, and water treatment system for swimming pools.
Irrigation: farmland irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, drip irrigation.
4、 CDLF-16 stainless steel vertical multi-stage pump conveying medium:
1. A non flammable and explosive medium that is thin, clean, and free of solid particles or fibers.
2. Such as mineral water, softened water, pure water, clear oil, and other light chemical media.
3. The main material of the pump is stainless steel, which can be used to pump mildly corrosive media.
5、 Minimum inlet pressure NPSH of CDLF-16 stainless steel vertical multi-stage pump:
If the pressure of the pump is lower than the vapor pressure of the conveyed liquid, cavitation may occur. To avoid cavitation, ensure that there is a minimum pressure on the inlet side of the pump, and the maximum suction H [m] can be calculated according to the following formula:

H=Pb×10.2-NPSH-Hf-Hv-Hs
In the formula: Pb=atmospheric pressure [bar] (atmospheric pressure can be set to 1 bar), in a closed system, Pb is the system pressure [bar]. NPSH=net positive suction head [m] (which can be read from the maximum possible flow rate of the pump on the NPSH curve). Hf=inlet pipeline loss [m]. Hv=vapor pressure [m]. Hs=safety margin=minimum 0.5m water head. If the calculated H is positive, the pump can operate at maximum suction. If the calculated H is negative, there must be a minimum inlet pressure H for the water head.
Parallel operation:
Replacing one large pump with multiple pumps in parallel may be more advantageous
In a variable flow system, adapt to the required operating point of the system.
Increase the possibility of water supply, as pump failure only affects a portion of the system's flow.
