The WSY and FSY fiberglass submersible pumps are described as follows:
1. The WSY pump is a vertical fiberglass submersible vortex pump.
2. The FSY pump is a vertical fiberglass submersible centrifugal pump. Due to its insertion into the storage tank, the depth of the storage tank varies, and the designed submersible depth can be freely selected between 800mm and 3000mm. As long as the liquid is higher than the pump body, the liquid delivery can be started without filling. There is a leakage hole under the flat cover plate, and the liquid will not leak outside the storage tank.
The components of the fiberglass submersible pump that come into contact with the medium are made of polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber, which is molded into phenolic fiberglass parts at high temperatures. The connecting pipe and outlet pipe are made of phenolic fiberglass pipes using a semi dry rolling process. The assembly of the impeller shaft sleeve is bonded to the pump shaft with phenolic putty, and all parts of the submersible assembly are bonded with phenolic putty. There is no metal contact with the medium when it extends into the liquid, and the corrosion resistance is reliable. The product has excellent properties such as lightweight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In terms of corrosion resistance, it can partially replace precious metals such as molybdenum containing stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys.
The fiberglass submersible pump is driven in the direction of transmission and rotation: the pump is directly driven by the motor through a claw type elastic coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the motor end.
Fiberglass submersible pumps are used in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, smelting, dyeing, pesticide, pharmaceutical, rare earth, fertilizer, etc. They transport various corrosive media such as non oxidizing acids (hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) that do not contain suspended solid particles, are not easy to crystallize, and have a temperature not exceeding 100 ℃ on storage tanks.
