4、 CDL stainless steel stamping pump product usage:

If the pressure in the pump is lower than the vapor pressure of the conveyed liquid, cavitation may occur. To avoid cavitation, ensure that there is a small pressure on the inlet side of the pump and a large suction stroke H [m] can be calculated according to the following formula:

● pb=atmospheric pressure [bar]
(Atmospheric pressure can be set to 1 bar)
In a closed system, pb is the system pressure [bar]
NPSH=Net Positive Suction Head [m]
(Can be read from the possible high flow output of the pump on the NPSH curve)
Hf=inlet pipeline loss [m]
Hv=vapor pressure [m]
Hs=safety margin=0.5m head less
If the calculated value of H is positive, the pump can operate with a large suction range of H.
If the calculated value of H is negative, there must be a small water head with an inlet pressure of H.
6、 Multi stage stainless steel stamping pump backflow system and open system:
Before starting, carefully read the signs on the pressure resistant cylinder of the pump.
The pump must be filled with water (or the liquid being transported) in order to start.
Fill the pump with water in the backflow system;
Close the pump outlet valve, open the exhaust valve on the pump head, slowly open the inlet valve until stable water flows out of the exhaust valve, and then tighten the exhaust valve. *Open the check valve on the suction line.
Fill the pump with water when the liquid level is lower than the pump in an open system.
Attention: A check valve must be installed on the suction line.
Close the pump outlet valve, open the exhaust valve on the pump head, inject the liquid into the pump through the exhaust valve hole until the pump and suction pipeline are filled with water, and then tighten the "air valve" again.
Do not start the pump until it is filled with liquid and emptied of gas!
