The IS centrifugal pump is used for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, with a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃. The IS centrifugal pump is designed according to the national standard ISO2858 and manufactured according to the national standard SIO199/DIS. Compared with the old product, its technical indicators have increased by about 5% on average, and the cavitation allowance has been reduced by about 2%. It is an energy-saving and efficient product with stable performance and standardized component dimensions. It is a product determined by the Ministry of Machinery Industry to replace the old corrosion-resistant pump and import energy-saving updates. The improved ISA chemical pump reorganizes the composition of the unit in a more simple form (removing the extended coupling pump and motor directly), especially for low-power units, reducing the footprint and lowering the cost. The IS type pump is a horizontal single-stage single suction centrifugal pump for clean water, while the IR type pump is a horizontal single-stage single suction centrifugal pump for clean water (with a maximum working temperature of 150 degrees Celsius), used for suctioning clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water but without solid particles. It is widely applicable in industry, agriculture, urban areas, drainage, fire water supply, etc.
The IS pump system is designed according to the performance and size specified in standard I02858, and its technical standards are close to the standard, reaching a level. It is one of the energy-saving pump products promoted in China.
The pump body and pump cover of the IS centrifugal pump are divided at the back of the impeller, commonly known as the rear door structure, which has the advantage of easy maintenance.
The pump body and pump cover of the IS centrifugal pump form the pump chamber, while the impeller, shaft, and rolling bearings form the pump rotor components. The suspension bearing components support the rotor components of the pump, while the rolling shaft bears the radial and partial axial forces of the pump. In order to balance the axial force of the pump, most pumps are equipped with sealing rings at the front and rear of the impeller, and balance holes are provided on the rear cover plate of the impeller. Due to the low axial force of some pumps, there are no sealing rings or balance holes on the back of the impeller.
The structure of IS centrifugal pump is dry, reliable in performance, small in size, light in weight, good in corrosion resistance, low in power consumption, and easy to use and maintain.
IS centrifugal pumps have a wide range of universality, with 140 specifications in the entire series, but only four types of shafts are used: shafts of the same specification, bearings, shaft seals, impeller fasteners, etc. can all be interchanged; There are only four types of suspension for the entire series of pumps.
The rotational speed of IS centrifugal pumps is divided into two stages (2900 revolutions per minute) and four stages (1450 revolutions per minute).
The maximum flow rate of the second stage speed is 240 cubic meters per hour, and the maximum head is 125 meters.
The maximum flow rate of the fourth stage speed is 400 cubic meters per hour, and the maximum head is 55 meters.
The maximum working temperature is 80-150 degrees Celsius.

5、 Precautions for water pressure pump:
1. The IS centrifugal pump should be installed horizontally on a concrete foundation;
2. The inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump should be supported, and the weight should not be borne by the pump;
3. The installation height shall not exceed the requirement of the cavitation allowance of the pump;
4. During installation, caution should be exercised to prevent tools and debris from falling into the pump body;
5. After installation, the coupling should be manually rotated to ensure easy and smooth rotation, which is considered qualified;
6. The direction of the motor should be calibrated according to the direction markings to ensure accuracy;
7. During use, regularly check the pump and motor. If any abnormal noise or temperature rise is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for maintenance.
Installation and maintenance:
1. Make a concrete foundation according to the basic dimensions, and at the same time, pre embed the anchor bolts;
2. Before installation, the pump and motor should be inspected, and all parts should be undamaged. There should be no debris inside the pump;
3. Place the pump on the foundation, place a vibration isolation pad between the base plate and the foundation, adjust the level, and then tighten the anchor bolts;
4. The inlet and outlet pipelines of the IS centrifugal pump should be supported by additional brackets and should not be supported by the inlet and outlet products of the pump.
5. After installation, turn the coupling by hand and check for any rubbing or friction. If the rotation is easy and even without any movement, the installation is complete;
6. To prevent debris from entering the pump, a filter should be installed at the inlet with a filtration area 3-4 times larger than the pipeline cross-section;
7. Pumps with high head should also be equipped with check valves on the outlet pipeline to prevent water hammer caused by backflow of water in the lifting pipe after shutdown.
8. It is necessary to ensure that the installation height of the pump meets the cavitation allowance of the pump, and consider pipeline losses and medium temperature.

IS centrifugal pumps are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, and are also commonly used in agricultural irrigation. Used for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, the temperature of the transported liquid is not higher than 80 ℃, but when using an onboard seal, it can withstand high temperatures below 120 ℃. The allowable import pressure is 0.6MPa. The pump is installed horizontally, with horizontal axial suction and upward radial discharge. The IS centrifugal pump adopts a suspension structure, and during maintenance, the inlet and outlet pipelines do not need to be disassembled, and the rotor components can be removed for maintenance. The IS centrifugal pump is connected to the electric motor through a regular elastic coupling or an extended elastic coupling. The shaft seal of the IS centrifugal pump adopts soft packing seal or mechanical seal. The bearing is a single row radial ball bearing, lubricated with lubricating oil.
