The ISG single-stage single suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is designed by Shanghai Bangpu Pump Industry Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and domestic water pump experts using an excellent hydraulic model, adopting the performance parameters of the IS centrifugal pump, and cleverly combining them on the basis of a general vertical pump. IIISG single-stage clean water pump manufacturer for circulating water pumpFeatures:
1. The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on a unified centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth pump operation and low vibration noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seals.

4、 Installation instructions for pipeline booster pump:
1. Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the fasteners of the unit are loose, and whether the flow channel of the pump body is abnormal or blocked, in order to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during the operation of the water pump.
2. The weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump during installation to avoid deformation of the pump.
3. The foundation bolts must be tightened during installation to avoid the impact of vibration on pump performance during start-up.
4. For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, a regulating valve is installed on each inlet and outlet pipeline of the pump, and a pressure gauge is installed on the pump outlet accessory to ensure that it operates within the rated head and flow range, ensuring the normal operation of the pump and increasing its service life.
5. After installation, pull out the pump shaft. The impeller should have no friction sound or jamming phenomenon, and the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.
6. There are two types of pump installation: rigid connection installation and flexible connection installation (see connection method).
5、 ISG vertical pipeline pumpWorking conditions:
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa. The static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature<40 ℃, relative humidity<95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium is less than 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with small particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
