The CQB-G high-temperature magnetic pump is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television printing, water treatment, national defense, etc. It is an ideal equipment for transporting high-temperature flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and valuable liquids as well as various corrosive liquids.

Suitable for liquids without hard particles and fibers with a working pressure of less than 1.6MPa, temperature not exceeding 280 ℃, density not exceeding 1840kg/m, and viscosity not exceeding 30cm/S in conveying systems.

4、 Working principle of CQG stainless steel high-temperature resistant magnetic pump

When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor and transmit torque without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump, there is no leakage due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve without a dynamic seal. The magnetic material of the magnetic coupling adopts high-temperature resistant rare earth permanent magnet material, which can withstand high temperature media below 280 degrees and maintain strong magnetic torque. A water cooling device is installed between the motor and the magnetic coupling to prevent the heat from pumping high-temperature media from being conducted to the motor, in order to maintain the normal operation of the motor and achieve leak free transportation of high-temperature media.
