1、 Overview of HIC Stainless Steel Magnetic Pump:

Stainless steel magnetic pumpIt is a new type of pump that applies modern magnetic mechanics principles and uses the magnetic transmission of permanent magnets to achieve non-contact transmission of torque. When the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e. outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor (i.e. inner magnetic steel) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously. Due to the medium being enclosed in the stationary isolation sleeve, the purpose of leak free pumping of the medium is achieved, completely solving the shaft seal leakage of mechanical transmission pumps. The designed fully sealed, leak free, pollution-free, high-efficiency and energy-saving new industrial pump meets international standards in performance and can replace expensive imported chemical pumps.

2、 Characteristics of HIC stainless steel magnetic pump:

1. HIC stainless steel chemical magnetic pump is a new type of industrial pump designed and developed according to the international standards IS02858/GB5662/DIN24256, which is fully sealed, leak free, and pollution-free. Its technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad;

2. The pump body, impeller, and pump cover are designed using CFD computer fluid dynamics for module design and precision casting of hydraulic components. It has the characteristics of wide flow channel, high efficiency, good cavitation allowance performance, small radial force, accurate size, smooth flow channel, and good interchangeability;

3. Ferrite magnets, neodymium iron boron, and samarium cobalt are selected as the magnets, which have good magnetism, high temperature resistance, and no demagnetization; Its magnetic energy product is 28 megaGauss Ultras, and its maximum temperature tolerance is 350 ℃. Under conventional cooling conditions, its maximum operating temperature is limited to 260 ℃, which can avoid demagnetization to the greatest extent possible, making the theoretical service life of the magnetic material up to 20 years;

4. The shaft sleeve and sliding bearing are made of high wear-resistant materials such as silicon carbide, graphite, and PTFE, and are equipped with lubrication grooves to effectively ensure the service life of the pump;

5. No leakage, all sealing points adopt closed static sealing, driven by magnetic couplings, no need for nitrogen sealing, safe, economical and efficient, completely solving medium leakage;

6. No need for independent lubrication and cooling water, reducing energy consumption;

7. International standard axial pull design, no need to disassemble pipes, easy to maintain;

8. Horizontal installation, low vibration, low noise, smooth operation, international standard design, interchangeable with standardized chemical centrifugal pumps, convenient for users to replace and use;

Widely used in the transportation of corrosive liquids in production processes such as petroleum, chemical, alkali, smelting, rare earth, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, radio, chemical foil, scientific research institutions, and national defense industry, especially suitable for the transportation of flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, high-temperature, strong alkali, organic solvents, and valuable liquids.
