The calcium nitrate evaporator is a type of evaporation and concentration equipment developed based on the characteristics of high boiling point increase and high specific gravity of calcium nitrate and ammonium calcium nitrate solutions.
Features:
a. According to the different concentrations of the solution, select the corresponding concentration equipment, fully considering energy consumption, investment, etc.
b. The equipment mainly consists of a heater, separator, defoamer, condenser, etc.
c. Adopting vacuum pressure reduction operation, the evaporation temperature is low and the speed is fast, and the configuration of each instrument valve is reasonable and convenient for operation.
Process flow and characteristics:
According to the concentration of the material, different evaporation processes can be set. For example, if the feed concentration is low, MVR falling film+single effect can be used, and when the concentration is high, three effect forced circulation can be used, etc.
This system has the following advantages:
1. According to the material characteristics and incoming conditions of calcium nitrate, the concentration section is divided into two stages of concentration. A five effect forced circulation evaporator is used for low concentration and low boiling point rise, and a two-stage three effect evaporator is used for high concentration and high boiling point rise. The crystallization process adopts OSLO continuous cooling crystallization technology, and the system design is reasonable and stable.
2. High heat transfer efficiency, flexible operation, and reliable operation.
3. Adopting vacuum operation, the evaporation temperature is low and the equipment corrosion is effectively reduced.
4. Small temperature difference circulation operation makes the heat exchange tubes less prone to scaling and has a long operating cycle.
5. Due to the crystallization of the material after evaporation, if the flow rate of the material in the heat exchange tube is too slow, wall formation may occur. Therefore, a forced external circulation evaporator is used, which has a high flow rate, is not easy to form walls, and ensures the normal operation of the equipment.
6. The use of continuous cooling crystallizer can achieve high output, continuous production, low labor intensity, high product quality, and good operational stability.
7. Equipped with an axial flow pump with high flow rate, low head, and low speed as the circulating power, it can evenly cool the material and avoid the generation of a large number of fine crystal nuclei. And it prevents a large number of secondary nucleation phenomena caused by high-speed collision between the grains in the circulating slurry and the impeller of the circulating pump.
