1、 Overview:
The falling film evaporator group has a large heat transfer coefficient and requires a small temperature difference for heat transfer. Depending on the properties of the evaporated material and the evaporation target, it can be combined into double effect, three effect, four effect, and five effect evaporation systems. It can also use waste steam from the top of the tube bundle or disc dryer and other low calorific value heat sources (such as condensed water vapor) as the evaporator heat source to become a waste heat evaporator, thereby reducing the amount of steam used and achieving better energy-saving effects. When there is sufficient supply of waste heat steam, it is not necessary to use steam, which can achieve significant economic benefits.

Each effect heating evaporator, each effect separator, condenser, hot press pump, sterilizer, insulation pipe, vacuum system, each effect liquid delivery pump, condensate drainage pump, operating platform, electrical instrument control cabinet and valves, pipelines and other systems are composed.
3、 Product features:
The entire heating system of the equipment has the main characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time due to uniform steam heating and liquid film flow evaporation of the material liquid. If the hot press pump is further configured, it will have the advantages of energy saving and consumption reduction, low steam consumption, and low cooling water circulation.
2. The material accelerates downward along the inner wall of the pipe, flows under pressure, and evaporates to adapt to the evaporation and concentration of high viscosity liquid materials.
3. Due to the film like evaporation of materials in each tube, the heating time of the liquid is very short, which is particularly advantageous for food evaporation and concentration, and greatly preserves the nutritional content of the food.

Under the action of vacuum, the evaporation process not only ensures the hygiene requirements of the material, but also meets environmental protection requirements, greatly reducing the evaporation temperature. In addition, a hot press pump is installed, and some of the secondary steam is re sucked into the hot press pump and mixed with the raw steam, saving the raw steam. At the same time, due to the steam entering the heating shell in the form of spray mist through the hot press pump, the steam quickly diffuses and the material liquid is heated gently, making it suitable for the concentration of heat sensitive materials.
5. The equipment is suitable for evaporation and concentration of foaming materials. Since the feed liquid evaporates in a film form in the heating tube, vapor liquid separation is formed. At the same time, at the bottom of the effect body, most of the feed liquid is pumped away. Only a small part of the feed liquid and all the secondary steam enter the separator to strengthen separation. The feed liquid does not form too much impact during the whole process, avoiding the formation of foam.
6. For food evaporation and concentration, the equipment can also have sterilization function. The material is first preheated and then enters the sterilizer to reach a temperature of over 94 degrees Celsius, which is maintained for about 24 seconds, and then enters the first effect body. The material quickly flashes and the temperature drops instantly.
7. The equipment can be equipped with a CIP cleaning system to achieve on-site cleaning, and the entire equipment is easy to operate.
