Cast iron copper inlaid square gateThe gate frame is not only the supporting component of the gate, but also the sliding block for the operation of the gate. It is installed in the second phase concrete of the gate pier and gate bottom plate with anchor bolts, safely transferring all the water pressure borne by the gate to the gate chamber. In order to scientifically and reasonably save materials and reduce self weight, the section is made into a grid structure, and the load size and gate operation are comprehensively considered.

Cast iron copper inlaid square gateThe gate is a movable water blocking component used to close and open the orifice. Cast iron frame beams are set around the surface of the gate. To improve the strength of the gate, the surface is made into an arch shape, and the central angle of the arch is designed at 60 degrees to reduce the water pressure it is subjected to and facilitate manufacturing, transportation, and installation. The gate can be made into upper and lower parts, and then assembled into a whole by connecting them with bolts after installation on site. Flanges and ribs are set on the upper and lower plates at the connection to make them the middle crossbeam of the gate, in order to improve the longitudinal stiffness of the gate. The contact area between the upstream face of the gate frame and the downstream face of the gate frame is mechanically refined, processed and polished to be flat, smooth, and tightly fitted, so that the joint surface, the stop surface, and the moving sliding track are integrated into one. Under the action of the hoist, when the gate is opened and closed, the closed inclined iron and the gate frame sliding track ensure the longitudinal and transverse running trajectory of the gate. Under the dual action of water pressure and the closed inclined iron, the gate plate Ensure a tight fit between the gate and the sliding track of the gate frame, thereby achieving effective waterproofing.
