1. Fixed with the butterfly plate cone pin, the extended end is designed to prevent the valve stem from bursting out in case of accidental breakage at the connection between the valve stem and the butterfly plate.

5. The connection methods include flange connection, clamp connection, butt welding connection, and lug clamp connection. The driving forms include manual, worm gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic linkage and other actuating mechanisms, which can achieve remote control and automated operation.

6. The valve seat sealing surface and butterfly plate sealing ring are both metal parts, which do not deform under thermal stress, ensuring fire safety.

7. The sealing ring of the high-temperature butterfly valve can smoothly detach from the sealing surface of the valve seat, rotate without friction, and is suitable for applications with frequent opening and closing.

8. Under the action of the driving device, the high-temperature butterfly valve achieves elastic sealing through torque, and the butterfly plate can tightly contact the valve seat, effectively ensuring the sealing pressure ratio and making it have bi-directional sealing and zero leakage performance.

9. Adopting pressure sealing and cam principle, even if the high-temperature butterfly valve is closed for a long time, there will be no jamming phenomenon when restarted. High temperature butterfly valves also have the functions of regulating flow, cutting off media, and bidirectional sealing. When there is a power outage or pipeline abnormality due to an accident, the sealing medium can be reversed.
