The catering oil separation tank is a new and efficient oil separation device developed by the company with national patents. This product is made of corrosion-resistant high-strength stainless steel material and can be directly installed on oily wastewater drainage pipes such as washing pools in canteens, restaurants, and meal preparation rooms. The flow range is 1.00-4.80L/s.
There are two types of products: above ground and underground. When choosing the underground type, the oil stains in the bucket should be cleaned regularly, while the above ground type can be automatically discharged through the sewage pipeline.

Working principle
The basic principle of a catering oil separation tank is to use the specific gravity ratio of oil and water to separate oil and water, filter out larger solid pollutants, and then use a adsorption separation device to adsorb, separate, deposit, and oxidize oil contaminated wastewater. At the same time, it is equipped with biotechnology to effectively reduce the BOD content and suspended solids in the effluent to achieve sewage purification in the oil separation tank. The purification process: sewage enters from the inlet and is filtered through a mesh basket to separate larger solid substances. Slightly smaller oil pollutants are then passed through the front filter plate to adsorb and separate materials. The gradually expanding plate separates the oil and sewage, and then enters the biological purification area through the rear filter plate. After biological purification, they are discharged from the outlet to meet the third level standard.

Product installation
1. During installation, a slag screen must be installed at the sewage inlet to ensure that the entire equipment is on the same horizontal line. The outlet of the equipment should be connected to the sewage pipe of the sewer, and the oil outlet of the equipment should be connected to an oil collection tank.
2. When installing the inlet pipeline, try to maintain a smooth inlet speed of the equipment to avoid affecting the oil separation effect.
3. Clean the slag and oil separators daily.
4. Thoroughly clean the slag and oil separation areas at least once a month, and remove sediment and oil stains from the boxes to ensure smooth and unobstructed water flow.
