Working principle
This product adopts a scientific processing flow and unique structural design, mainly based on the difference in specific gravity between water and oil, so that oil particles float on the water surface after a certain period of slow flow and collision with partitions. When oily wastewater enters the separator, large oil particles quickly float on the water surface, while small oil particles undergo multiple scientific processes during the flow. The small oil particles first adhere to the partition and automatically float on the water surface when they reach a certain buoyancy. The oil accumulates more and more on the water surface. When the oil layer is thick enough, it will automatically overflow into the oil collection tank and be discharged. The water level in the oil collection tank can be adjusted appropriately according to the site conditions. Its unique multi-stage processing and separation device adopts inclined plate oil separation technology and special liquid level automatic control technology, which can automatically separate the mixed oil and fat in oily wastewater and concentrate it in the oil collection tank for discharge without any power or additives.

Product installation and maintenance:
1. During installation, a slag trap must be installed at the sewage inlet to ensure that the entire equipment is on the same horizontal line. The outlet of the equipment should be connected to the sewage pipe of the sewer, and the oil outlet of the equipment should be connected to an oil collection tank.
2. The hole with a slag trap is the inlet, and the other end is the outlet. As long as the inlet and outlet are connected properly, the equipment can be used. Before the first use after installation, the oil separation tank must be filled with clean water. When installing the inlet pipeline, try to keep the water inlet speed of the equipment gentle to avoid affecting the oil separation effect.
3. The oil collection tank inside the fuel compartment is adjustable, and loosening the screw can raise the water level in the oil collection tank.
4. Clean the slag separator and oil separator several times a day to ensure smooth and unobstructed water flow and improve oil separation efficiency.
5. Thoroughly clean the grease box and oil tank at least once a month, remove sediment and sludge from the box, and fill the equipment with clean water after cleaning.
6. The partition of the separator is movable, and it can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance.
