Overview
The catering oil separation lifting equipment is a high-efficiency automatic oil-water separation device developed by our company based on the introduction of European technology and our years of experience in sewage treatment in China. It can recycle and reuse more than 90% of waste oil, and the oil content in the effluent of the equipment can reach the second level standard (15mg/L) in the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996). It can effectively protect the environment and save a lot of operating costs. This product is widely used for oil-water separation containing various mineral oils (excluding crude oil), vegetable oils, animal oils, or their mixtures. It is suitable for the treatment of oily wastewater generated in places such as restaurants, eateries, factories, hospitals, schools, government agencies, auto repair shops, machine repair shops, gas stations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It can completely solve environmental pollution and the problems of sewer blockage and sewage overflow caused by oil solidification in cold seasons.

1. Appearance

1.1 The surface of oil-water separation equipment should be free of burrs, collision dents, and diagonal errors should not exceed 5mm.

1.2 Stainless steel oil-water separation equipment has a beautiful appearance and no scratches on the surface.

1.3 Plastic oil-water separation equipment should have no cracks and a smooth surface.


2. General requirements

2.1 The effluent quality treated by oil-water separation equipment shall comply with the provisions of CJ/T 343-2010 that the oil concentration shall not exceed 100mg/L and the suspended solids concentration shall not exceed 300mg/L.

2.2 The oil-water separation equipment consists of the following parts: solid-liquid separation zone, oil-water separation zone, floating oil collection device, residue collection device, oil collection drum, and lifting device (optional).

2.3 The electrical equipment of oil-water separation equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB 4706.1, GB 5226.1, and GB 14048.1.

2.4 Oil water separation equipment should be equipped with inlet pipes, outlet pipes, vent pipes, and vent pipes.

2.5 Oil water separation equipment pipelines can be connected using clamps, threaded connections, or flange connections; The connection between pipelines and valves should be made using flange connections.

2.6 Requirements for Materials and Components

2.6.1 The materials and pipes of oil-water separation equipment shall comply with the following regulations:;

1) The material of oil-water separation equipment can be stainless steel, carbon steel, or high-density polyethylene resin. The relevant materials should comply with the requirements of GB/T 3280 and GB/T 11115, and the thickness of the board should meet the functional and structural strength requirements.

2) Directly welding the inlet pipe, outlet pipe, vent pipe, and vent pipe on the box should be made of the same material as the box.

3) The oil discharge pipe of oil-water separation equipment should be made of transparent pipe.

2.6.2 Butterfly valves, gate valves, and electric valves for oil-water separation equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB/T12238, GB/T 12232, and GB/T 24923, respectively.

2.6.3 The oil-water separation equipment adopts a conveyor belt for slag separation and transportation in the slag removal bin.

2.6.4 The air flotation device of the oil-water separation equipment adopts a microbubble generator. The installation method of the air flotation device adopts the built-in type, and the components of the microbubble generator and the performance of the submersible motor should comply with the provisions of GB/T 24674.

2.6.5 Oil water separation equipment should be equipped with an electric heating device.

2.7 Oil water separation equipment should be equipped with anti slip ladders for easy manual operation.

The casing and components of oil-water separation equipment that come into direct contact with oily wastewater should be resistant to oil.

2.9 The oil-water separation equipment should have no water leakage during stable operation.


3. Requirements for electrical control cabinet

3.1 General Requirements

3.1.1 The manufacturing of the box system shall comply with the specifications of GB/T 3797.

3.1.2 The protection level of the shell should comply with the provisions of GB 4208-2008, and indoor settings should not exceed IP20, while outdoor settings should not be lower than IP24.

3.1.3 The buttons, switches, and instruments on the electrical control cabinet panel should be located in easy to operate positions, and the functional identification should be complete and clear.

The internal components of the electrical control cabinet should be assembled reasonably, have a compact structure, have good craftsmanship, and be easy to maintain.

3.1.5 The main electrical components should be selected from 3C certified products, and other products should comply with the corresponding current national standards.

The voltage level of the electrical control cabinet should be 380V, three-phase five wire system; When the voltage fluctuates by ± 10%, the electrical control cabinet should be able to work normally.

3.1.7 The electrical control cabinet should meet the maximum electrical load of the oil separator and should have leakage protection measures.

3.1.8 A complete set of electrical safety detection terminals for oil separators should be installed on the electrical control cabinet.

3.2 Control Function

3.2.1 The operation of the microbubble generator should have manual and automatic start stop functions, and the time relay should be used to control the operation during the running period.

3.2.2 The electric heating device should automatically control its operation according to the temperature level; When the temperature is below 20 ℃, the electric heating device is turned on, and when the temperature is above 60 ℃, the heating device stops.

3.2.3 Electric valves should be equipped with interlocking switches for easy operation.

3.2.4 The air flotation device, electric heating device, and lifting water pump should be equipped with remote monitoring terminals.

3.3 Safety grounding and overload protection

The metal components of the electrical control cabinet should have reliable grounding protection, and the cross-section of the protective wire connected to the grounding point should comply with the provisions of GB/T 3797.

4. Performance requirements

4.1 Solid liquid separation function

Effective solid-liquid separation is achieved by setting up two-stage differential grids and a certain residence time.

4.1.1 Two stage grids (mesh holes) with grid spacing of 30mm and 20mm shall be installed in the solid-liquid interception and separation zone.

4.1.2 The residence time of catering wastewater in the solid-liquid gravity separation zone shall not be less than 2 minutes, and the effective depth of sedimentation separation shall be 0.4m~0.6m. It is recommended to set it in a conical bucket shape and discharge it by gravity.

4.2 Oil water separation function

4.2.1 An air flotation device should be installed in the oil-water separation zone, with a submersible motor speed of 950r/min~1450r/min and an air water ratio of 1:4~1:6.

4.2.2 The residence time in the oil-water separation zone for catering wastewater should not be less than 3 minutes.

4.2.3 An electric heating device should be installed in the oil-water separation area, and the water temperature in the floating oil collection device area should be controlled at 20-60 ℃.

4.3 Floating oil collection function

The floating oil collection device should be able to effectively separate floating oil from wastewater and use hydraulic means to discharge the oil.

4.4 Collection and discharge function of sediment

The sludge collection and discharge area of the equipment should immediately collect and discharge sludge. The sludge collection and discharge area should adopt a conical bucket design, and manual butterfly valves should be installed on the discharge pipes. The discharge valves should be easy to operate, flexible, safe and reliable.

4.5 Box inspection, repair and sludge cleaning function

The oil-water separation area of the equipment should be equipped with maintenance holes, with a size of 600 * 600mm.

4.6 Residue collection function

The capacity of the residue collection device should be 150L~300L, with dehydration function and a sealed structure.

4.7 Requirements for oil collection drums

The capacity of the oil collection tank should be between 60L and 100L, and it should be equipped with a double lock structure or other safety devices that restrict arbitrary opening. It should also have the function of visible liquid level.

5. Lifting device

5.1 The drainage capacity of the lifting device should be consistent with the amount of water treated by the oil separator.

5.2 The lifting device should be equipped with automatic operation and fault alarm functions.

The drainage capacity of the standby water pump should not be less than the maximum flow rate of one working pump.

6. Electrical safety requirements for complete sets of oil-water separation equipment

6.1 The oil-water separation equipment shall comply with the pressure test requirements in GB 4706.1.

6.2 The oil-water separation equipment shall comply with the grounding resistance test requirements in GB 4706.1.

6.3 The oil-water separation equipment shall comply with the insulation resistance testing requirements in GB 5226.1.
