2、 System Hierarchy Diagram

“Special DCS controller for sewage treatment plantIt is an intelligent monitoring device developed by Jiangsu Taikun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. based on DCS mode, which is suitable for the management and control of sewage treatment plants. It has been promoted and applied in multiple places across the country.
According to the process characteristics and technical requirements of the sewage treatment plant, the central control and emission reduction DCS system of the entire sewage treatment plant is divided into three levels:On site control layer, workshop monitoring layer, management monitoring layer.
Workshop monitoring layer:Including DCS device 1 (such as for pre-treatment systems: mainly including coarse grid, lifting pump, fine grid, sedimentation tank equipment, etc., with main detection parameters such as water level, flow rate, liquid level difference, etc., and main monitoring equipment such as coarse grid, lifting pump, etc.); DCS device 2 (if used in a biochemical treatment system: mainly includes MSBR biochemical reaction tank, fan room, etc. The main detection parameters include dissolved oxygen, liquid level, current, voltage, power, etc. The main monitoring equipment includes blowers, pumps, etc.); DCS device 3 (for mud treatment systems: mainly includes sludge concentration tank, sludge dewatering room, UV disinfection system effluent, etc., with main detection parameters such as liquid level, water quantity, and water quality).
On site control layer:Including various monitoring sub stations, sub stations, and on-site equipment.
Management monitoring layer:Including the central control room and the factory director's office. According to environmental management requirements, relevant data can be sent to higher-level management departments.
DCSThe device is the core of the entire central control emission reduction DCS control systemResponsible for processing on-site control signals and controlling the execution mechanism. Set up on-site control stations at key stages of processing. The pre-treatment system, biochemical treatment system, and sludge treatment system in the hierarchical structure diagram of this system use a DCS device to control the start stop and operating conditions of the pump station system, aeration equipment, and sludge discharge equipment according to the actual processing situation and requirements, in order to achieve the optimal operating state of the equipment and ensure the effectiveness of sewage treatment.

1Real time understanding of equipment operating conditions and various process parameters.

2Establish various databases to store process parameters, electrical parameters, electrical equipment operation data, control data, fault information, automatically generate historical databases, and generate historical trend curves and reports, providing reliable basis for production management, accident analysis, process control optimization, etc.
3For equipment abnormalities, malfunctions, process or water quality parameters exceeding the limit, warnings can be issued through the flashing graphics and sound on the workstation to remind the on duty personnel to handle them.
4Set process parameters and control parameters in the monitoring center, and control equipment (such as starting/stopping pumps, opening/closing valves, setting equipment operating frequency, etc.).
5Facilitate internal management of sewage treatment plants. The system can calculate the inlet and outlet wastewater flow rates of the sewage treatment plant in real time, accurately and truthfully explaining the total COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus of the sewage treatment, providing monitoring basis for the internal management of the sewage treatment management department.
6Comprehensive utilization of information to achieve true total quantity control. According to management requirements, relevant daily, monthly, and annual reports can be generated, and relevant parameter operation indicator data and trend curves during the verification period can be randomly accessed. The data can be saved for at least three years, providing basic data and technical support for environmental management to achieve total control, total reduction, and emission trading.
