1、 System Overview

TKSYThe online monitoring and early warning system for water quality is an economical product developed by Jiangsu Taikun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to improve the water environment. It can be widely used for monitoring the water quality of various water sources, the outlet water quality of sewage treatment plants, and the water quality of tap water inflow areas. This system can enhance the emergency response capability for water pollution situations and reduce the harm caused by water pollution accidents to the environment.


2、 System composition

Water quality monitoring stationIt mainly consists of an automatic water treatment system, a water quality analysis unit, a water quality data monitoring system, an online water quality monitoring and warning device, a condition assurance device, and a wireless data acquisition and processing unit. Responsible for water sample collection, water quality analysis, data organization, and remote transmission.

3、 System workflow

1. Through a reliable dual pump dual tube water collection system and water distribution system, supply the sedimentation tank at the front end of the water quality conventional five parameter monitoring instrument and other related online monitoring analyzers.

2. The conventional five parameter monitoring instrument automatically measures water temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, and turbidity values in real-time.

3. The water sample in the filtration and sedimentation device undergoes multi-stage sedimentation and is sampled and analyzed by online monitoring instruments such as COD online analyzer, ammonia nitrogen online analyzer, and total phosphorus online analyzer.

4. The above measured data will be processed and stored together by the water quality data monitoring system.

5. The data obtained from the water quality analysis unit is transmitted to the remote monitoring center through GPRS/GSM via a wireless data acquisition and processing unit.

6. The remote monitoring center communicates with various water quality monitoring terminals through the network or GPRS, realizing remote control of water collection, distribution units, and water quality analysis units, and collecting and organizing data from various water quality monitoring terminals, ultimately forming daily, monthly, and annual reports.

4、 System performance characteristics
