This type of scraper machine is divided into vertical frame and suspended type, which actually adopts a suspended structure. Due to the center drive and platform fixed support pier type of the suspended scraper machine, it is simpler, lighter, saves operating costs, and is easier to maintain and manage than traditional mechanisms.
The central drive mud scraper is mainly composed of a driving device, a main shaft, railings, steel beams, vertical bars, supports, mud scraper plates, overflow weir plates, pull rods, small scrapers, underwater bearings, stabilizing tubes, electric control boxes and other components. The transmission part adopts dual electrical and mechanical overload protection, making operation safer and more reliable; The underwater part is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.
Key Features:

The equipment adopts a central transmission and vertical frame type. Sewage enters the surrounding water distribution tank and flows evenly into the tank through the bottom water distribution hole. Under the action of the surrounding water blocking skirt, the water flows from the bottom of the tank to the center, and the sludge settles at the bottom of the tank by its own weight, forming a separation of mud and water. The driving device drives the central vertical frame to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and suction pipe to rotate. Under the action of static water pressure, the sludge evenly enters the suction port arranged on the suction pipe, and then is discharged out of the tank through the sleeve valve of the central discharge well. The size of the sludge discharge can be controlled by the lifting degree of the sleeve valve. The floating slag on the water surface is skimmed to the edge of the tank by the skimming device, and then scraped into the slag hopper by the scraper rake to be discharged outside the tank.
The central concentrator is supported by a pier at the center of the pool and wheels that travel along the edge of the pool to support the main beam. The center of the main beam is hinged to the central support on the central pier, and both ends are equipped with transmission devices including reducers. The machine rotates along the circumference of the pool with the central support on the pier as the axis. A scraping device is installed at the lower part of the main beam, and the bottom scraping plate scrapes the sludge from the bottom of the pool into the sludge discharge tank in the center of the pool. Then, the sludge is discharged from the pool through the sludge discharge tank by the scraper at the lower end.
