Overview

The structure of the centrifugal submersible aerator is a direct connection type, and the product is self-priming aerator. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating impeller forms a strong negative pressure at the inlet of the impeller to suck in air and water. In the mixing chamber, a certain proportion of air and water are mixed. Under the strong centrifugal force, they are sprayed out along the tangential direction of the impeller through the flow channel and spread in the circumferential direction, making the water flow form a convective cycle. The fine micro bubbles have a large specific surface area and a slow rising speed, ensuring sufficient mixing with water, thus achieving the effect of efficient oxygenation aeration.

Product Details

A centrifugal submersible aerator is a device used for wastewater treatment, mainly for increasing the dissolved oxygen content in wastewater and improving the water environment. It injects air into wastewater and uses centrifugal force to evenly disperse dissolved oxygen throughout the entire water body.
1、 Working principle
It mainly consists of a submersible pump, a base, an intake pipe, a mixing chamber, etc. The upper end of the intake pipe is exposed above the water surface to suck in air, and the lower end of the intake pipe is connected to the mixing chamber. After the equipment is turned on, the impeller rotates, and the water flows out from the impeller outlet through the mixing chamber to form pressure. The air is sucked in and mixed with the liquid, and the mixed liquid flows out from the periphery to complete this series of oxygenation operations. It has the advantages of stable and reliable operation, low energy consumption, and good treatment effect, and is widely used in urban sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment stations, as well as water restoration and protection of lakes and rivers.
2、 Characteristics of centrifugal submersible aerator
1. The aerator consists of a submersible electric pump, nozzle, inlet pipe, diffuser pipe, etc. The impeller of the electric pump is open and not easily blocked;
2. Select a pump specifically designed for aerators, use non clogging waste type high-efficiency impellers, and have a long service life;
3. Lubricated bearings for pumps, ensuring long-term reliable operation without the need for replacement;
4. High quality mechanical seals are used for pumps, ensuring reliable sealing;
5. The aerator provides two installation methods, self coupling installation and mobile installation, which are easy to install and maintain.
  
Aeration machines are mainly used in some sewage treatment areas, and their components mainly include submersible pumps, pumps, internal pipelines, etc., which are a key type of device. This is the key to the aerator known as the submersible aerator, because the diffuser device, combined with the original injection device, is based on the influence of volumetric flow rate, which is called aeration.
And now the aerator. At present, it is mainly used in sewage treatment tanks, and its operation is actually similar to mechanical stirring. After the motor is turned on, the high-speed impeller stirs in the medium and then pushes towards the jet. The pressure of the high-speed rotation of the impeller around the jet device is in a negative state. This feature allows a portion of the air to be drawn into the jet.
With the mixing of internal mixed materials and air, the gas will be separated for further treatment, followed by the diffusion spray device, the scattering of flow will expand the influence of the medium in the pool, and the impurities in the bottom of the pool will be deposited. This will enable the conversion of oxygen, and in the air, this principle is also used for breeding.
