Ceramic three-way valve supplier
The difference between a three-way valve and a regular valve is that there is an outlet at the bottom. When the internal valve core is in different positions, the outlet is different. For example, when the valve core is in the lower part, the left and right are connected. When the valve core is in the upper part, the right outlet is blocked, and the left and lower ports are connected. Because the left and right mouths are not on the same horizontal line. When the high-pressure reactor is urgently disconnected, the valve is closed and the water supply goes through a bypass.
Three way valves are divided into merging valves and diverging valves according to the fluid action mode. The merging valve has two inlets, and after merging, it flows out from one outlet. The diversion valve has a fluid inlet, and after diversion, it flows out through two fluid outlets.
Ceramic three-way valve supplier
Feature:
1. A three-way valve has two valve cores and a valve seat structure similar to a double seat valve, but in a three-way valve, when the flow area between one valve core and the valve seat increases, the flow area between the other valve core and the valve seat decreases. In a double seat valve, the flow area between the two valve cores and the valve seat increases or decreases simultaneously.
The gas opening and closing of a three-way valve can only be achieved by selecting the positive and negative action of the actuator, while in a double seat valve, the gas opening and closing can be directly achieved by reversing the valve body or valve core with the valve seat.
When a three-way valve is used in a control system that requires fluid proportioning, it can replace both an air open control valve and an air close control valve, thereby reducing installation costs and space.
4. Three way valves can also be used in places with bypass control, for example, when one fluid needs to pass through a heat exchanger for heat exchange, the other fluid does not need to pass through a heat exchanger for heat exchange. When the three-way valve is installed before the heat exchanger, a diversion three-way valve is used, and when the three-way valve is installed after the heat exchanger, a merging three-way valve is used. Due to the fact that the liquid flowing through the three-way valve installed before the heat exchanger has the same temperature, the leakage amount is relatively small. The liquid flowing through the three-way valve installed after the heat exchanger has different temperatures, and the degree of expansion of the valve core and seat is different, resulting in a larger leakage amount. Usually, the temperature difference between two liquids should not exceed 150 degrees.
