HY seriesChemical submersible pumpIt is a vertical, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pump suitable for conveying clean or solid particles with a content of ≤ 1.5%（mass percentage）Neutral or corrosive liquids with particle size less than 0.5 millimeters. Widely applicable to industries such as sewage treatment, cement plants, power plants, and petrochemicals.

Chemical submersible pumpstructural characteristics

1. No shaft seal structure such as mechanical seal or packing seal;

2. The joint structure is safe and reliable;

3. The rotor components can be adjusted axially;

4. The rotor components adopt multi-point radial support, ensuring safe and reliable pump operation

5. According to the conveying medium, the bushing can be lubricated with its own medium or external liquid flushing;

6. When the pump is started, the pump body, impeller and other flow-through components are already immersed in the liquid, so there is no need to fill the pump to start it;

7. Steering: The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the drive end.

Material of overcurrent components

1. Common materials used for parts that come into contact with the medium, such as pump body, pump cover, impeller, etc.

2. Class 1 is carbon steel material represented by ZG230-450.

3. Class I is 304 stainless steel material represented by ZG07Cr19N9.

4. Class 1 is 316 stainless steel material represented by ZG07Cr19N1 1Mo2.

5. Corrosion resistant materials such as CN3MIN (904L) and CD4MCuN can also be used according to customer requirements.

Submerged pump is a vertical pump in which the impeller, pump body and other flow components are immersed in the conveyed material and connected to the motor shaft. The submersible pump is made according to different requirements for the length of insertion into the container. The components of the submersible pump that come into contact with the material are generally selected according to the requirements of the material, including metal and non-metal materials.
