Product Features

1. Shielded motors above 90kW are manufactured according to the requirements and standards of chemical pumps, and have high operational reliability. Sliding bearings are divided into two structural designs: thrust bearings and radial bearings. Their service life is more than twice that of ordinary sliding bearings with radial and thrust bearing integrated designs.

2. The shielded motor adopts an efficient electromagnetic model with high efficiency and low electromagnetic noise.

3. After assembling the impeller, motor rotor, shaft sleeve, thrust disc, etc., the whole machine is dynamically balanced at G2.5 level to further reduce vibration and noise and ensure smooth operation.

4. Before leaving the factory, each pump undergoes an axial thrust test to reduce axial force, improve the service life of bearings, shaft sleeves, and thrust discs, and ensure smoother operation of the electric pump.
