Product Introduction:

When the disinfection machine is in operation, due to the UV sterilization lamp being sealed in the disinfection room of the chassis, only the filtration series is sterilized, and there is no UV leakage outside the chassis. In addition, the selected high-intensity UV lamp belongs to the ozone free type, and the ozone level in the air during operation is 0.02mg/m3, far below the national standard of 0.16mg/m3. Therefore, dynamic disinfection can be carried out in the presence of people to achieve "human-machine coexistence".

2. This machine is mainly composed of a coarse efficiency filter, a medium high efficiency filter, an activated carbon filter, a photocatalyst filter, a negative ion generator, a strong ultraviolet lamp, and a housing.

This machine sucks in some polluted air from a confined space and filters it through two layers; Coarse efficiency filters and medium efficiency filters remove dust particles from the air and send back clean air with filtered dust. The returned clean air dilutes polluted air to reduce the total number of bacteria per unit volume. The activated carbon filter screen is made of polymer materials that adhere high-quality activated carbon powder to the fiber filter cotton substrate for refinement, effectively removing harmful and toxic substances such as benzene and formaldehyde from the air. The photocatalyst filter is made using the production process of nano Ti02 and can generate strong catalytic activity under high-intensity ultraviolet radiation inside the machine, oxidizing and decomposing many toxic and harmful pollutants into non-toxic and harmless substances such as CO2 and H2O, achieving the purpose of deodorization and antibacterial. The negative ion generator generates trace amounts of ozone while producing negative ions. The combination of the two makes it easier to adsorb various viruses and bacteria, causing structural changes or energy transfer that can lead to their death. In addition, it can freshen the air, clear smoke and dust, and neutralize negatively charged negative ions with positively charged smoke and dust floating in the air, allowing them to naturally deposit. The working air duct of the ultra static centrifugal fan basically conforms to the turbulent flow working mode of the clean room, and has a good cleaning effect within a certain range.

The strong ultraviolet lamp is installed on the air inlet surface of the medium and high-efficiency filter, and its functions are twofold:

The machine has three working modes: automatic, manual, and timed. The factory set working mode is timed mode, with timed times of 06:00-08:00 and 12:00-14:00.

When selecting automatic mode for operation, the machine will work for 1 hour, stop for 1 hour, and cycle for 24 hours.

3. Manual mode is the temporary disinfection mode. If temporary disinfection is required, first press the "Work Mode" button to select manual mode, then press the "Up/Adjust Time" or "Down/Adjust Minutes" button to adjust the time. "02:00" means working for two hours, and then press the "OK" button. After 10 seconds, the machine will start working.

4. This machine has a memory function. When the machine is working in "automatic mode" or "manual mode", if you press the "switch" button to turn off the machine, the next time you turn it on, the machine will continue to work in the "automatic mode" or "manual mode" set last time. At this time, you can press the "work mode" button to select "timer mode", and the machine will stop working after 10 seconds. Special reminder: This machine has a delay function. When the "timer mode" is switched to "automatic mode" or "manual mode", the machine takes 10 seconds to start working.
