1、 Overview

The grid cleaning machine is suitable for use as a coarse grid and can continuously and automatically intercept and remove larger suspended and floating solids in sewage, playing a role in protecting the normal operation of subsequent process equipment and reducing treatment load. Widely used in municipal, industrial and other sewage treatment facilities, it has the characteristics of easy operation, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance.

The machine is mainly composed of a frame, a grid bar, a cleaning rake, a lifting chain, and a motor deceleration drive device. During operation, the cleaning rake plate fixed on the lifting chain is driven by the drive device to scoop up the sewage intercepted by the underwater grid. The cleaning rake plate rotates clockwise from the rear to the front of the grid synchronously by the lifting chains on both sides. When the rake plate reaches the upper part, due to the action of the turning track and guide wheel, the sewage falls down by gravity, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning.

The water supply industry, power plant inlet, and also serve as front-end screening equipment in wastewater treatment processes for industries such as textiles, food processing, papermaking, and leather. It is currently one of the solid-liquid screening equipment in China, filling the domestic gap.

3、 Working principle:

The grid cleaning machine is assembled into a set of rotating grid chains by a unique rake tooth factory. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates in the opposite direction of water flow.

When the rake chain is moved to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each set of rake teeth, and the vast majority of solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the cleaner to clean up the debris stuck to the rake teeth.

According to the direction of water flow, the rake chain is similar to a grille, and the clearance between the rake teeth assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the usage conditions. When the rake teeth separate solid suspended solids in the fluid, it can ensure smooth flow of water. The entire work process can be continuous or intermittent.
