Introduction to Mechanical Grille Pin

Mechanical grating and rotary mechanical grating are devices that can continuously and automatically remove various shapes of debris from fluids, with the purpose of solid-liquid separation. They can be widely used as specialized equipment in urban sewage treatment, water supply industry, power plant inlet, and also as essential specialized equipment in production processes of textile, food processing, papermaking, leather and other industries. They are currently used in ChinazuiAdvanced solid-liquid separation equipment, rotary mechanical grid also known as grid cleaning machine.

Daily maintenance and upkeep of mechanical grilles：

1. During operation, if fibrous debris is wrapped around the rotating brush shaft, it should be cleaned in a timely manner to avoid affecting the normal operation of the machine.
2Regularly clean the garbage hanging on the unloading board according to the amount of garbage.
3When the machine is running normally, calcium based grease must be injected into the oil nozzles of each lubrication part once a month using a grease gun.
4The lubricating oil in the gearbox needs to be replaced regularly. Generally, the equipment needs to be replaced with new oil after half a month of normal use, and then every three months thereafter. The gearbox oil level should be paid attention to during normal operation.
Common troubleshooting methods for rotary grille cleaning machine:
Common faults: Motor overheating or abnormal noise.
Reason for malfunction: The overload of the equipment resulted in an increase in the load on the motor reducer.
Mechanical grille removal method:
1. Cut off the power and stop running.
2Identify the cause of equipment overload, mainly by checking if there are any debris stuck in the rake chain, and if so, remove it.
3The rake teeth are deformed due to heavy impact and need to be replaced or removed for shaping.
4. The Flat noodles in the drag chain is worn or falls off, and must be replaced or repaired.
Steps for replacing mechanical grille:
（1）Insert the handle into the square tenon at the rear of the motor, shake the wear chain Flat noodles to be replaced to the manhole, and use the inching switch on the electric control box to control the motor reducer to run it to the manhole;
（2）Remove the side panel handle of the manhole (see assembly and maintenance diagram);
（3）Use two iron bars to clamp the rake chain;
（4）Use circlip pliers to remove the circlip on the tine chain of the chain Flat noodles to be replaced (see the maintenance figure for the circlip part);
（5）Pull out the two tine chain pins, replace them with new chain Flat noodles, insert the pins, and install the circlips in turn.
（6）Simply install the handle on the side of the manhole.
（7）IndeedbaoOnly after eliminating the cause of overload can the machine be turned on.
