The rotary grid cleaning machine is a device that can continuously and automatically remove various shapes of debris from fluids, with the purpose of solid-liquid separation. 2Structure and working principle

The rotary grid cleaning machine is mainly composed of a driving device, a rake tooth mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, etc. It is assembled into a set of rotary grid chains with a unique rake tooth. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates in the opposite direction of water flow.

When the rake chain is moved to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each set of rake teeth, and the vast majority of solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the cleaner to clean up the debris stuck to the rake teeth.

According to the direction of water flow, the rake chain is similar to a grille, and the clearance between the rake teeth assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the usage conditions. When the rake teeth separate solid suspended solids in the fluid, it can ensure smooth flow of water. The entire work process can be continuous or intermittent.

4 Installation and Debugging Instructions

1)Before lifting and installing the grid cleaning machine, the position and size of each embedded steel plate should be checked to ensure that they meet the equipment requirements;

A、 The two sides of the grid well should be perpendicular to the grid well plane, and the allowable deviation of its verticality should not exceed20mm.

B、 The two sides of the grid well should be parallel, and their parallelism should not exceed20mm.

C、 The two pre embedded steel plates with anchor feet should be level with the top platform surface of the grid well.

2)Due to the lack of depth of the trench provided during the production of this machine, the grid cleaning machine was placed in the trench. After correcting the angle, the bottom of the grid support was placed on the foundation, and the side was welded to the grid frame in place. The installation angle must meet the design requirements to ensure that the installation levelness of the rake cleaning machine is less than1/1000mmThen tighten the foot nut (if there is no embedded steel plate, it can be fixed with expansion bolts).

3)Remove the safety cover from the area, loosen the tension chain wheel, remove the chain at the end of the reducer, power on and test run to see if the direction of rotation of the reducer is consistent with the shoulder direction shown on the safety cover. Reverse rotation is strictly prohibited.

4)Adjust the tension of the chain with a tension sprocket, and adjust the tension of the rake chain with a tension screw.

5)Check if the lubricating oil of the reducer reaches the oil level line, and use it if it is insufficient46Add mechanical oil to the oil level line. The first operation of the equipment should be refilled first46# Oil to gearbox oil level line)

6)Install the safety cover and turn on the power for no-load operation. There should be no shaking, jamming, or abnormal noise. After the no-load test operation, put it back into load operation.

2. Common faults and troubleshooting methods

1)During operation, the rake teeth on the normal running surface of the motor do not operate.

Reason for malfunction: The overload of the equipment resulted in the disconnection of the overload safety pin.

Exclusion method:

1)Remove the safety cover and replace the overload safety pin;

2)Identify the cause of equipment overload, mainly by checking if there are any debris stuck in the rake chain;

3)If any debris gets stuck in the rake chain, remove the debris before starting the machine;

4)The chain Flat noodles in the rake chain is worn, and the chain Flat noodles must be replaced.

Replacement steps:

1)Use two iron bars to secure the rake chain.

2)Use the circlip pliers to remove the circlip on the tine chain of the chain Flat noodles to be replaced.

3)Pull out the two tine chain pins, replace them with new chain Flat noodles, insert the pins, and install the circlips in turn.

4)Simply install the maintenance hole edge plate.

3. Daily maintenance and upkeep

1)During operation, if there are fibers or debris wrapped around the grating, they should be cleaned up in a timely manner to avoid affecting the normal operation of the machine.

2)During normal operation of the machine, calcium grease must be injected into the oil nozzles of each lubrication part every two months using a grease gun.
