The enclosed stainless steel centrifugal pump can transport media at temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 105 ℃. Cooling measures can be taken when necessary to transport media at higher temperatures. Before starting the single-stage single suction centrifugal pump, the pump casing is filled with the liquid being transported. After startup, the impeller is driven by the shaft to rotate at high speed, and the liquid between the blades also rotates accordingly. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown from the center of the impeller to the outer edge and gains energy, thus leaving the outer edge of the impeller at high speed and then entering the snail shell. In the snail shell, the liquid slows down due to the gradual expansion of the flow channel, and converts some of its kinetic energy into static pressure energy, which then flows into the discharge pipe at a higher pressure and is delivered to the desired location. When liquid flows from the center of the impeller to the outer edge, a certain vacuum is formed at the center of the impeller. Due to the pressure above the tank level being greater than the pressure at the pump inlet, the liquid is continuously pressed into the impeller. From this, it can be seen that the working principle of a single-stage single suction centrifugal pump is that the impeller filled with liquid rotates at high speed inside the pump casing. After the liquid is subjected to centrifugal force, the force is converted into kinetic energy and static pressure energy and transmitted to the liquid, thereby repeatedly sucking and discharging the liquid.

1. Regularly inspect the pump and motor, and replace vulnerable parts.

2. Regularly pay attention to adding high-quality calcium based grease to the bearing housing to ensure good lubrication of the bearings.

3. When the pump is not in use for a long time, in addition to draining the corrosive liquid inside the pump, attention should also be paid to cleaning all components and the flow channels inside the pump, and cutting off the power supply.

4. Pump operation without load is strictly prohibited.

5. If the medium contains solid particles, a filter should be added at the pump inlet.
