Product Details
QW high flow submersible sewage pumpIt mainly consists of a base, pump body, impeller, and submersible motor; Adopting a large channel impeller structure greatly improves the ability to pass through pollutants; Adopting an internal self circulation system and cooling the motor part with a medium, it is safer and more reliable to use. Stator winding temperature rise protection, bearing temperature rise protection, oil chamber leakage protection, etc. can be installed according to user requirements to improve the safety of the electric pump; Adopting a specially designed submersible motor with insulation level of F, it can work safely under harsh conditions; Double rail automatic coupling installation device can be used to make the installation and maintenance of the unit convenient and fast.

QW high flow submersible sewage pumpNotes:

Submersible electric pumps work underwater and do not require long transmission shafts to pump water from wells. They have a compact structure and are lightweight. Therefore, submersible electric pumps are very suitable for rural well water irrigation, and the QJ type submersible electric pump is widely used. This submersible sewage pump is not affected by water intrusion and adopts waterproof measures such as mechanical seals or gas seals to keep the inside of the motor dry. When using it, the following points should be noted:

(1) Check if the seals at the discharge holes, drain holes, oil discharge holes, and cable joints of the submersible sewage pump are loose. If they are loose, they must be tightened.

(2) Use a 500 volt shaker to check the insulation resistance, which should not be less than 0.5 megohms. If it is lower than this value, open the drain and vent holes and dry or sun dry them.

(3) Check the cable of the submersible sewage pump. If there is any breakage or breakage, it should be replaced to prevent electrical leakage.

(4) After using the submersible sewage pump with a new or replaced integral sealing box for 50 hours, the sealing should be checked for good condition, and then checked once a month. At the same time, the sealing of the shielding sleeve between the motor rotor and stator should be checked for good condition.

(5) After one year of use, the corrosion of the pump should be checked and rust should be removed and painted. If the submersible sewage pump is not used for a long time, it should be carefully inspected and stored in a dry and ventilated house.

(6) Before starting, check all circuit switches to see if their wiring is secure. Then, turn them on the ground for 3-5 minutes and check if the direction of the motor rotation is correct. If there are no problems with the above, they can be put into water for use.

(7) When using a submersible sewage pump in water, the cable should not be subjected to force. It should be tied to a wooden frame at the wellhead with a rope. The maximum depth for the electric pump to be placed in water is 3 meters, and the minimum depth is 0.5 meters.

(8) During operation, the submersible sewage pump should be regularly monitored for changes in the water level in the well. The motor must not be exposed to the water surface or trapped in mud to avoid affecting the motor's heat dissipation and burning out the winding. The electric pump should be raised and lowered at any time according to the changes in water level in the well. If there is a decrease or interruption in water volume, the cause should be immediately identified or the machine should be stopped for inspection.
